This place is awesome. As with many places they have suffered with the effects of covid. Most places have resorted to council payments for housing newly homeless people and that's understandable otherwise they'd be in trouble. Back to the hotel Room is clean 24 hour staff available Ensuite I have used this place for years and the management bend over backwards to help. The only negative would be the lack of a minifridge In the room but you front even get that in larger chains and that's why I give this place five stars.

The room was warm, clean and tidy. We had a double twin with ensuite shower room. The facilities were exactly what you'd expect for a short stay with the makings for hot drinks and TV. The were a good number of electricity sockets for charging gadgets, which you don't always get in less modern hotels. We received a warm welcome but were otherwise left to our own devices and could come and go as we pleased. Breakfast was available and there's a club bar with TV but we didn't make use of these. The hotel is next to the A629 but the speed limit is 30 and there are traffic cameras in the area. Our room faced onto the road but soundproofing is good and we weren't disturbed by traffic noise. If I had a criticism, it was that the finish on the fixtures and fittings was a little rough and the mattresses were poorer quality than I like although I still slept ok. We tend to use a hotel room as a place to store or stuff and sleep and don't spend much time in it for anything else. This is perfect for that purpose and is good value.
